The Roamer Pack has a unique and well thought out design that has been through many years of testing and versions to get it to where it is now.
The Roamer Pack provides a wonderfully traditional style pack with a modern comfortable carrying system. The main compartment is 30L with a 10L expansion with the skirt on top, which I feel is perfect for a day or two in the woods. The layout, whilst still being simplistic, has practical 1L side pockets large enough for water bottles etc, alongside slot pockets at the front of the pack large enough to take a sheath knife and folding saw. It also features an axe loop and sleeve at the front of the pack, alongside blanket strap attachment points on the bottom and on the top to give a lot of room for strapping on those extras to the outside of the pack.
The Roamer has an internal PVC board running down the back of the pack making it very comfortable to carry, due to no sagging or pulling on the shoulders like other canvas packs. The Roamer will also carry very well on the hips for long distances.
