TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders are shipped every Monday. We ship 2nd class signed for Royal Mail. All shipping costs include handling and PayPal. We provide tracking numbers once we have sent the parcel out. If your package hasn’t arrived in 4 weeks, contact us and we will locate your package for you.
From the date of ordering, we aim to make, post and have your package to you within 5-20 working days within the UK, outside the UK if your package is found to be damaged or pilfered upon arrival, you should retain your package and contact the delivery carrier for further instruction. Please also contact us so we can help in any way we can. Please note Journeyman Handcraft cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage due to theft or pilfering whilst can take several weeks so please take that into consideration packages are in transit.
We exclusively ship to the USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UNITED KINGDOM, GERMANY, SWITZERLAND and SWEDEN.
When an international order is placed, a paypal invoice will be sent with the additional international shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties charged to international orders by the receiving country. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have any concerns before ordering. Any import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
POLICY ON RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package is returned to us due to customer error, such as a mistake in the Paypal address provided with the order, the recipient moving, or any reason beyond our control and responsibility, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item.
We will attempt to contact the customer to acquire payment for additional shipping, however if no reply is received within 7 days, the original order will be cancelled and refunded, minus the cost of the initial shipping charge.
If there are any costs incurred due to the package being returned, the refund may also be subject to a restocking fee to cover any additional charges.
In the unlikely event that a customer would like to return a product please do so by, recorded delivery. This ensures that you have proof of postage and obtain proof of delivery.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted. You must contact me within 7 days from the date the package was delivered. A 5% restocking fee may be applied to any returned items at our discretion. Returned items must be in new and unused condition and must include ALL original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return. Returned items must have been purchased directly through the hidden woodsmen. Returns should be sent to the following address, along with a copy of the original invoice and a detailed explanation with the items and why the items are being returned.
BESPOKE ITEMS MADE TO ORDER:
Please be aware that bespoke items or any terminology used to suggest that an item has been custom ordered specifically for the individual cannot be returned for a refund. We reserve the right to make an offer to purchase back a product from the customer at our discretion.
